Entra ID (formerly known as Azure AD) is Microsoft’s cloud-based identity and access management solution.

Command Centre’s Entra ID Cardholder Sync adds to the suite of Cardholder Sync solutions on offer.

This integration involves a middleware connection to synchronise users, groups and attributes primarily into Command Centre from Entra ID. There is limited synchronisation back into Entra ID from Command Centre. Gallagher Entra ID Sync Service connects to Entra ID using Microsoft Graph, and to Command Centre using REST.

Cardholders in Command Centre are synchronised from Entra ID seamlessly, reducing data entry duplication and error. Cardholder credentials, competencies, access memberships and other attributes are controlled from Entra ID allowing for efficient addition, changes and removal of workforce personnel accessibility.
