Okta Sync is a unidirectional integration between Okta’s identity management platform and Command Centre.

Using the REST API it allows Okta user records to be replicated through to Command Centre cardholder records. This includes creation, modification and deletion of both user details and access permissions. Additionally, card and mobile credentials can be created.

Seamlessly linking physical access permissions to existing logical access permissions
Eliminating duplication of data entry, minimizing the possibility of data errors and ensuring fast and efficient management of staff
Ensuring cardholder records are de-authorized in Command Centre when users are offboarded in Okta
